Glamping in de Hollandse natuur

What a cute holiday home, by the dike, this is! When you walk towards the house, the chickens will come up to you to say hello. The tiny house is very cute and small but you’ll find here everything you need. A double bed, a bath with shower, a toilet, a (sleeper) couch, dining table and a small kitchen.

The place is a kind of glamping. You’ll spend most of your time outside and around the house. And in the small villages in the neighbourhood. The house is located in the middle of Dutch nature, by the water, between the reed. In front of the house there’re two canoes you can use. And in the evening you can light a fire, have some wine and snacks, time to enjoy! We were pretty lucky because we could enjoy the beautiful pink sunset.

During the day we would spend our time in the small village ‘de Rijp’. There’s only one word to describe this place: picturesque! Small streets, bridges and lots of canals, and some cute small stores. Great place to have diner but we chose to eat at home.

There is also a tent with mattresses if the kids want to stay outside or if you get some extra guests for a sleep over.
Waking up in the morning and having your coffee by the water….we loved it!
