I’m an Amsterdam city mum. And together with my mini me, I check all the must-see hotspots. We love European cities, like Paris and Copenhagen. We will find the kids-proof concept stores. And I will do a little shopping myself of course. During the day we will walk around the hidden streets, have a picnic in the park and visit the best places for a good latte.

My favourite cities are Paris, Barcelona and Copenhagen. My husband proposed to me in the City of Love. So great memories! On the Pont des Arts we left a love-lock and threw away the key in the river Seine. From that moment I fell in love with Paris.

And because we both like city trips, we went to Barcelona for our honeymoon. We stayed in a hotel in the El Born area, ate tapas and got tipsy from the sangria. A great city to walk around, eat and drink.

Copenhagen is a city where I felt at home immediately. Maybe because it’s similar to Amsterdam. But even cleaner and more cosy. Great stores with Danish design. Pink houses. And lovely people. My all time favourite!

I live in Amsterdam and never want to leave this place. I’m a freelance content creator for different (fashion) brands. And mum of the amazing one-year old Lev. And let’s not forget Cashmere the cat! In my mummy blog I write about my life as an ambitious city mum.

Next stop: Paris, again (on the hunt for my first designer bag). And this year, for the first time, Aruba!
