Ever since I was a child, Spain was our holiday destination. My parents bought an apartment in one of the famous white villages in Andalusia. Because of my friendship with the girl next door, I learned about the Spanish culture. I followed her to school, to the flamenco lessons. I learned the language while playing with our Barbie dolls. The love for this country has never disappeared. I even wanted to study Spanish at university. But soon found out that it’s better to learn this in the country itself.  I have lived in Salamanca, Malaga and my favourite city Barcelona.

But now it’s time to explore other countries too. The fun starts when I search for a new destination or place to stay. I look into every detail, just fur fun 😉

When I’m not travelling, you can find me in Purmerend. A small city next to Amsterdam. Together with my boyfriend Tiago. I have a nice home office where I can write all different kinds of stories. I work as a freelance editor for more than 10 years know. With attention to detail and enthusiasm, I love to create something new every time. What’s more beautiful than that!
